I got an email at 6:30am saying they were now registered.
That's good Johno - all's well that ends well.
I just hand regged a couple of domains this morning and got an almost instant response. So maybe their system was just clogged last night?
I've got many, many domains regged with Hostess, and I think they are generally fantastic. However the only thing that lets them down imo is their "support" (or lack of it). Sometimes if you lodge a ticket it can take 72 hours to get a response - and if they don't answer your question properly and you have to do a follow up question, this can take additional time.
If anyone from Hostess / NR reads this, perhaps they could consider offering telephone support for clients with over 50 domains? Could be a winning move!
