Hobart.com.au would be one of our best - certainly our best geo.

In theory it should have sold by now as someone paid a $5K deposit some time ago but has just strung me along for ages & it now appears they are going to reneg on the deal. Absolute time-wasters, I'm considering posting their details up here as a warning to others...

Absolutely - it was 100% non-refundable so I guess that's something.

Maybe $5k could go into development that could increase it's value
