Hey guys - I have the opportunity to pick a domain name that has loads of quality backlinks from banks etc.
The domain has been dropped for some time but I have had a look and it appears to be a trademark... what are the implications of me registering this domain?
for the $20 bucks and the use of the authority provided is it worth doing? It would be rebuilt as nothing to do with the company in question the only time i would mention the trademark would be in the footer clearly stating its nothing to do with them at all... is this sufficient?
