This is a weird one. My client noticed his phone number had changed from the 1300 number to a landline number in his 7 pack rankings. On closer inspection the address had changed too.
Now while he has changed address we hadn't made in changes in local nor had we updated any citations, though we had discussed it, it wasn't on the top of our to do list. There is one mention of the new address on whitepages however I do not believe this correlates as different phone numbers are displayed AND the address on wp is actually incorrect. i.e. they listed it as xxx/xx instead of x/xx
Now I consider myself a bit of an expert on local. I normally kill it. But this has me stumped. Could a competitor have submitted the change to Google?
