this isn't really funny, but the funny bit is the stupidity of the news reporter.
tonight 2 bodies were discovered in a car shot dead, the reporter said " police are unsure at this moment if it was murder or murder/suicide as a weapon has not been found "
ok ! so i kill my wife, then kill myself and then go hide the gun ????

the sales call from hell !!!
i was doing some research and stubbled across a HORRIBLE website for a large business , 5 branches is large considering its type of business.
so i ring an office and ask for who i would speak to about redoing the website, so i get the cold shoulder so i think hmmmm, its win or lose !
so i say " well, its just that your website is rubbish and i'd like to help " , the girl then says " yes i hate it also " and laughs ( ice broken ) , so i say " whats with that cat ???? hate the cat !!! " , she says " yes, i hate the cat "
so i say " so who would i contact ? " and she says " send me your details and i'll make sure it gets to the practice manager " ( i do believe her )
so in closing i say " well , maybe we can get rid of the cat ! " and she laughs.
------ helena was in the next room and comes in and says " what the hell was that " ?
T: " it was a sales call "
H: " how can you tell someone its crap" ?
T: " just take a look "
H: " ohh ok "

just @ 50m from our house is a salvos centre, its at the end of our cul de sac , generally no trouble there of course but tonight they decide to have a disco........... more like a doof doof bass bass type affair ???
so its all cool but come 11.30pm its a bit much, as it REALLY loud and we have kids, so helena phones the police and says WTF and the cops say " there is no curfew ........." but ring us back if it continues past 12 midnight.
so 11.45pm music stops but then they are all exiting the place with HEAPS of noise, next minute SERIOUS, we hear a helicoptor ARRIVE overhead, and i mean ARRIVE hovering directly over our house as we are so close to the slavos, then cop cars with sirens, then screaching car tyres and yells and stuff.
all this from the salvos community centre !!! , i'm sure they will be happy about this tomorrow !
life in suburbia ! thankfully no gun fire as i don't live in st kilda

you got it wrong, they were here 2 weeks ago at 8am, when the council decided it was a good idea to cut down a 20 metre high gum tree 2 doors down and also bring in a chipper as well to clean it all up, nice job but the next day they sent in the "stump grinder guys"
do any of these guys work after midday? or does everything get done before 9am?
