to bid do you still need to have regged a name at domain8 ? when using drop.com.au ?

I am sure i read that at the old domain8 , site , you must have regged one name before bidding on auctions , maybe i am wrong ?

You just give your info prior to bidding.

Yeah Jonno it is pretty much about reading between the lines - if the 'last modified' date is close to two years ago, and the domain is undeveloped or neglected, there's a reasonable chance it'll be dropping.

I think the odds are firming on NetFleet's "Snapper" service picking this one up! It would be a great PR coup for them.

Bids are in excess of $4k on both other drop services.

Hmmm.... I think this domain is somewhat difficult to monetise.

Most people want forex exchange rates which is a free service offered by Googling or using XE etc.

I guess the real money is to be made in trading foreign exchange...

Will be interested to see which way the new owner goes.

Sounds about right. $1 per "exact" search per month and Dec count is 18,100.

Bet those guys over at IGMarkets would take it off your hands, lots of money in Forex trading accounts. It's like legalised gambling!
