Where are all the missing auDA Board Agenda's, Board Minutes and why did the auDA CEO and Board choose to remove "Board Correspondence" from Agendas and minutes since late 2016?

This is a very clear example of the inability of current auDA Management and current auDA Board to properly reform as directed to by the Government and ongoing failure to improve their own Accountability and Transparency to all stakeholders.

Attempting to create transparency and going back to the bottom up consensus model is going to be like a leopard changing its spots with current management still in place.

I also wonder about the brand new committee consisting solely of independents directors called the "Chairman's Committee", the place is going down the drain and they are spending time naming committees after themselves? It is obviously risky as well because the entire committee will disappear if they are voted out.

This is also a great example of how independents led by Mr Leptos think they are more important than other directors to be forming their own committee.

More heads roll at Australia's AMP as shareholders demand renewal
SYDNEY (Reuters) - Three directors quit top Australian wealth manager AMP Ltd (AMP.AX) ahead of Thursday’s annual general meeting, as big investors signaled their displeasure with the embattled firm’s response to allegations of criminal misconduct.

The resignations follow the exits of AMP’s chairman, CEO and in-house lawyer in the wake of damaging revelations at a government-ordered inquiry that the once-venerable firm had lied to regulators and allegedly doctored an independent report.

Major shareholders rejected AMP’s calls to back directors who are up for re-election at the meeting, demanding renewal instead of continuity and signaling more upheaval for companies that have been named and shamed by the banking sector inquiry.

Our shareholders are demanding board accountability and need to know that meaningful change is underway,” said Interim Executive Chairman Mike Wilkins, a director who stepped up after former CEO Craig Meller quit last month over the scandal.

Which is why member intervention via SGM's should be a pillar of any future constitution despite what the current board thinks.
