He was banned totally for his constant spamming of the DNT marketplace (and after ignoring four warnings from FPR), and nothing else.

But given that other matters arose at about the same time, we thought it fair that we only restrict him from the "marketplace" so that he
could answer any of these other allegations if he wished to.

I don't know the facts on that Jonathan.

He admitted he did it once "accidentally"; and there have been some further suggestions that he has done it more than once.

Given that, we decided not to permaban him so as to give him the right of reply to these quite serious allegations. I think that is only fair.

I notice he has subsequently been very quiet on the subject. Members can therefore make up their own minds and act accordingly.

Did what more then once put an offer on a domain I owned?

I only did that once and it was on the normal netfleet sales to bring it to recent offers AMA wasn't active at the time.

If you mean sent an email with the domain such as businessloan.com.au with

as a subject line not abusinessloan.com.au and had a link to the AMA auction which clearly showed the domain was abusinessloan.com.au

Spamming? oh you mean one thread listed a heap of domains for a one time buy price 21 to be exact another thread was for a single domain by itself

however because I had this thread with 21 domains this was considered spamming...

or the one leading to AMA for the other domains

or maybe the one where one sale was a domain name the other a developed website.

however because I had this thread with 21 domains this was considered spamming...

or the one leading to AMA for the other domains

or maybe the one where one sale was a domain name the other a developed website.

But in this instance I have to say that you are speaking utter crap.

You have consistently been asked to adjust or tone down your usage of the marketplace. This morning one of your posts was deleted
by an administrator, and you were advised by PM that if you continued, you would be banned.

You replied to him with words to the effect " Get your trigger finger ready" - and then you posted again. Banned!

You then immediately applied again for membership under the username "XWDomains2". If members look below, they will see your username there.

We allowed you back on so you could comment on the Netfleet allegations. You can't accuse us of not being fair.

But we won't let you near the marketplace for a while.
