If you must know my account was suspended for contacting buyers and using business loan.com.au in the subject line and not using abusinessloan.com.au in the subject

although the actual message simply had a link to the auction for abusinessloan.com.au auction, however Netfleet seems to think I sent the email to mislead buyers which was not the case.

So remember when contacting buyers about your domains on netfleet be 100% sure you use the full domain not part of the keyword domain even typos aren't forgivable.

The domain was also halfway through NAS and buyer had been Invoiced I have no Idea who the buyer was and have no recourse.

1) As above, after receiving more than one complaint from concerned companies about misleading information, your response was "so what I used the subject line businessloan.com.au this gets there attention"

was suspended without any warning

and NAS was halfway through and before I said that I used busnessloan.com.au on purpose I also get emails like this all the time their was no misleading intentionally or I would of not sent them to them to AMA which clearly states the domain name was abusinessloan.com.au

on the auction and yes I used the domain name businessloan.com.au in subject never said I didn't and this gets people to open the email click the link and decide whether they want to buy the domain or not.

and I had no intention of bring this matter it out on an open forum....

btw my main Gripe isn't really the suspension it's the fact that NAS was halfway through.

btw this suspension was known about and the new account approved so I don't see how you can justify that this is a reason for suspension aswell when that was lifted already...

or maybe 3. I bought a 3char.com.au domain paid for it etc yet the owner did not even own the domain anymore and received no help from netfleet

anyway whatever I am done with netfleet and .au domains once i have cleared my potrfolio out

It may be a sales thread, but you introduced other issues, and therefore Netfleet has a right to respond.

Fair enough maybe move it to the netfleet section I was simply responding to others to let them know what happened and yeah I am not happy

all netfleet had to do was at least send me the buyers info so I could make other arrangements since NAS was halfway through and I would still be annoyed but not as annoyed...

Clearly your fault, no point blaming Netfleet.

If you need to use methods like that to try and sell names perhaps you need to look at other options anyway.

xwdomains has been banned for 6 months for repeatedly disregarding the marketplace rules (he was officially warned 4 times) and intentionally spamming.

AFAIK one can't place a bid on one's own domain. So am I right in thinking that you would have had to set up another account using different details and a new email address to do so?

Just to clarify my last post, we have banned XWDomains from the "marketplace section" for intentionally spamming it. However he still has access to post in other sections – in particular he may like to respond to comments in this thread.

Not on AMA AMA wasn't available at the time on offers so it was on recent offers on the front page when I first used netfleet.

I don't know the facts on that Jonathan.

He admitted he did it once "accidentally"; and there have been some further suggestions that he has done it more than once.

Given that, we decided not to permaban him so as to give him the right of reply to these quite serious allegations. I think that is only fair.

I notice he has subsequently been very quiet on the subject. Members can therefore make up their own minds and act accordingly.
