-Forget about SEO.
-Figure out a business plan that involves selling a product or service.
-Get a site up as soon as you can, even if it is lousy.

I once read many great ideas eventuate to nothing because people are not in the position to make a start and as time goes by they talk themselves out of it , so to anyone who makes a start on something, keep going !
