A single cPanel server is not in the same league as AWS.

A very small percentage would see it is spam - the vast majority would no doubt be thankful to know what is going and have the chance to voice their opinion.

I would advise not to do COR or anything that might possibly involve support from NetFleet. Move it to VentraIP or another registrar that has cheap and online COR but will actually provide support when needed.
