Netfleet not responding to messages / support

Sent Netfleet a query on Wednesday about a COR which seemed to have stalled and my customer was getting anxious.
To date (Saturday morning) I have not heard back from them.
 
Hi Lucas, sorry to hear that. It does take there support some time to get back to customers.
I sometimes wait upto a week for replies, but luckily its never been because a COR has gone astray.
Good luck with that, hopefully they will reply to you here.
 
I would advise not to do COR or anything that might possibly involve support from NetFleet. Move it to VentraIP or another registrar that has cheap and online COR but will actually provide support when needed.
 
ventraIP COR, is seemless, very quick and a fair price IMO
but they also are hard to contact other then a ticket whereas synergy, an off shot of them , i have found is very easy to contact ?
