Any one having issues with Payments?

I am trying to do a COR, but payment does not go through,, tried 3 cards, yet its not working,,

is it just me?

Netfleet where are you, no reply to my ticket. I have domains due for renewal.

Deadly silence is NF new matra.

Apologies for the disruption with payments over the last few days. Thankfully, the issue is now resolved and we are working through a small backlog of tickets which will be cleared up by end of day

So I didn't get any response for days and had to transfer to the domain elsewhere. Now the ticket gets replied and they billed me for renewel. Thanks NF

Hi Zhen,

It's been pretty flat out and not our usual response times I agree. We are currently recruiting to get extra support staff - albeit for this issue, it was all hands on deck anyway. However, we only received the email from you on Saturday night and replied Tuesday morning - slow yes, but still just over 1 business day.

Our priority was to renew your domain names, and as soon as we had a mechanism to do so, we did. Renewal is invoked by paying the invoice (just the nature of our system). You had two domains you wanted renewed - we successfully renewed one, and the other failed after looking at the logs.

This is of course an error and we have now refunded the renewal for the one domain. It was just a scramble to try to get your domains renewed that the oversight happened.
