It's a 1-char domain what makes it extremly rare (worldwide some 1400 L.LL format domains - the shortest).

XNF also has some nice meaning - please check it with Google.

NF is Norfolk Island - an extern territory of Australia.

Sounds pretty cool to me. No idea for values, not many comparables

The one downside is Norfolk Island association.

Ironically the association seems not to be best in Australia? Like Alcatraz in the USA? LOL! But thats history - I've seen the photos of Norfolk on the internet. Looks pretty nice now.
