He might get that amount of traffic but not from the keyword itself. The site has a tonne of products being sold so I'd wager all the traffic is long tail.

I thought about long-tail traffic, but less then a 100 actual products and random testing shows none of them rank page1. Traffic numbers dont really add to value anyway OP, if you wanted to resell you need revenue.
