I got securitycamera.net.au and they didnt snap homesecuritysystems.net.au

I spent 22 years in the security industry and ive been keen to get into the niche for a while. The names are pretty good, not fantastic but certainly workable :) The one i missed due to them not snapping was a doozy.......it was only $54 or something:(

NO...cause im a lazy idiot that decided "i will join them later", then i didnt think about it until 12.30, then i decided it would wait until after the auction, so i would bid on both next time.

    It serves me right:(

Worst part is the previous owner, i know....had i known beforehand i would have called and done a deal with him. He worked under me for 6 years. The company he works for now owned both of the names.

    Someone I know won homesecuritysystems.net.au for $1 on Drop.com.au ...

(Allright, it was me!). Sorry. :p

You obviously outbid me on Netfleet, but you do need to place a bid on Drop as well. It's always good insurance.

    Cheers, Ned

There is thousands of good type of .nets still available for hand registrations but are .net.au's really worth it and the renew fees etc?

I guess it depends if you are buying with an intent on selling, to make money or if you intend to develop the site, as i did, with the name suiting perfectly. :)
