When or How To Pay?

I won a minor domain name earlier (snapper auctions) but have recieved no indication on what i do next.

I truly have looked everywhere n the site and even sent a support ticket through about 2pm, but as yet no reply.

I didnt particularly want to wait overnight, simply in case there is some specific action i should take immediately to avoid losing the name that i won.

Can some one advise a 1st timer what he should do?

I've been getting them same day recently. Maybe it's different for a new account.

Assuming your details are in the WHOIS I wouldn't worry too much..

It's more that i didnt wish to annoy netfleet on my very first transaction, rather than actually getting the domain name.

Man....until i saw here i never believed in my whole life some of the great names you can get and so damn cheap. Unbelieveable. Im used to seeing people asking a fortune for "premium domains" on other forums such as DP and now, im even learning why they arent premium names, yet other ones are.

Still no invoice showing and no contact at all. They havent replied to the support ticket opened 24hrs ago.

Not really impressed considering its my first attempt to contact them and im unable to contact them. I expected better

Does the WHOIS show your details?

If so I wouldn't panic.

Snooks - as Paz said, is the domain in your name? Check WhoIs.

If it is, you've got nothing to worry about.

I've tried to call Mark Lye, but his mobile isn't answering. All I can think is that he may be away.
