Let's say that Person A had example.com.au registered, Person B has example.org.au registered and Person C has example.net.au registered. Who has preference / first dibs on registering example.au? Or how does it work? And, in the scenario that Person B registered example.org.au about 6 months ago but and is running an active website on it, whereas example.com.au was registered several years ago but has no website, who would get first dibs on registering example.au?
Again, I'm sorry for the noob question but I'm just trying to understand how this is going to work. Thanks.
