I would probably go with cpanel becuaseI am not familar with cloud yet however I believe cloud has much more features and scalibility I would avoid windows.

theres a few threads going on about this subject at the moment

    cpanel v cloud
    wordpress v joomla
    magneto v bigcommerce
    aweber v mailchimp
    share-host v vps

    and the list goes onnnnnn

We all need to learn new things and i am slow to switch, i like knowing what i am doing and and settle in and then i am not going to change for a few years.

i'll read about different things but sit and wait.

The essence is , research, test and decide, if cloud suits your mind then do it, if cpanel suits you then do it, i was a photographer and then somehow ASP fitted my brain, it took me years to get that php suited me better, then another year to discover SSI and CSS, a few more years to work out <div> instead of <table> and now its wordpress.

NOW, i'm moving towards mobile phone websites and apps.

its a constant chaneg BUT you need to feel comfortable IN the system you are using to produce the workload quickly.

research, test, decide. don't pull out your credit card until you are happy the system suits you and your needs and you feel that you can happily use it.

Q: "whats the best wine in the world" ?
A: " the one you like"
