So I am looking to pick a domain name that will eventually be an authority site for all things business storage - records, data, media etc.

I am hoping to get some opinions/feedback on the following options:

run the search terms thru Google Insights for Search and you can compare search volume patterns across specific regions, categories, time frames @ http://www.google.com/insights/search/#

I'd avoid the word cheap; you don't want customers with that mindset in that industry. It's great for some, not for others.
