Considering that .net.au is not too bad with the keyword webmasters and being techy, What would a domain like this go for you reckon?

I'd say zero. Have a look at namebio.com and you'll see there is has been a grand total of 5 .net.au sales reported since the start of 2014, so good luck with that.

.net.au does not yield much value to be honest unless you have a very high end name and even those have dropped in value since Google changed the EDM game over the last few years.
If you develop the site it could be worth $150 possibly, not much more to be honest.
