Laughable from Net-A-Porter to be honest. It's inconceivable to me why you would waste so much precious time on such frivolous issues.

Such is the viral nature of the internet this could certainly tarnish Net-A-Porter's reputation. Not to mention they have handed Mr Shirts a spike in sales.

Either way it's frustrating because an act like this has the potential to eliminate less savvy small businesses.

On the plus side at least I have another store (Net-A-Porter) to add to my shopping blacklist. A bust-up with ASOS a couple of years ago has saved me a small fortune in online spending.

when will businesses finally realise that copying happens constantly and also people can actually come up with the same idea at the same time !

but I do wonder why the bothered to use their website to fight the battle?

I love the "black font on white" , that's a Friday funny.

next thing mcdonalds will sue hungry jacks for making hamburgers !

He he, great responses from MR SHIRTS. Looks like he wont be changing his black fonts on white backgrounds, no matter how many legal demand letters... :)
