US .com domain legal and trademark query

Anyone got any experience with .com/.net domain names and registered llc companies? What right for example would XXBIZ LLC have over the domain xxbiz.com? Any suggestions where to research and also what of trademark issues with .com domains?

the situation is one party owns the domains, but there is a separate registered llc company in the US. SO yes i believe it is a 'legitimate right of interest' issue not sure about trademarks at this point.
