Unfair claim on domains....

yes i agree i should just walk away, however I want to try at least to defend the claim, as I believe 'stupidity' does not constitute bad faith.

If you transferred the domain there would be nothing to defend.

In my view you are likely to end out losing the names, getting nothing and having all that stuff online with your name on it. In my view there is nothing to be gained and a fair bit to be lost by trying to defend the dispute.
 
So what happens if they find in my favor?

If the UDRP arbitration finds in my favor, due to not proving bad faith on my side, what then?
Can I then exchange the domains for my costs, or lease them?
A decision is due on the 8th?
