Following on from Ned's post about the potential conflict of interest in the TRAFFIC auction, the auction has been run and here are the results...

Quite disappointing really. Most of the good domains fell WAY short of their reserves, and given that there would have been some pretty serious players in the room it shows that many of the sellers (or their brokers) are way out of touch with the current market.
Some of the reserves seemed to be more appropriate for end users rather than domainers, but I assume 99% of the attendees would have been domainers.
I don't think the results have any relevance to the AU market, but it's still interesting.
