I've got a domain which is exactly the same as a trademark app which is currently in process (not registered yet) and they've got goods and services which are my content areas - not where I want to make money just the content I will be providing.
I have applied in my areas where I will be making money but I'm concerned about the content issue.
1 - if this is the case and I do start a website and make my money from an area I seem to be safe in but my content is in their region - does this issue come up often?? I'm not after legal advice just ideas and wisdom.
was always under the impression you TM where you make your money but I've been told it's not always the case.
