My understanding is Proxy voting closes 10AM Thursday "email to companysecretary@auda.org.au. so that it is received no less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the Meeting. Proxy forms received later than this time will be invalid"

I recommend every member in Demand and Supply votes FOR the removal of the Directors on proxy forms or at the SGM in person.

The largely hidden facts of much wider issues at auDA current management of the .au namespace are so disturbing there is no doubt things will be getting more serious for current auDA Management and Board as time goes on if they choose to stubbornly remain.

The smart thing for the Directors and Management would be to step aside and resign now... keeping the auDA cash cow paycheck coming will not be worth it. Jump ship now..

Why would they stay? Because of the massive $$$ they have voted themselves to receive..

Why would they go? To face the reality too many stakeholders are starting to wake up and the more who do the more they will find....

auDA / PRP now wanting to Destroy the auDA PRP public meeting audio records should worry everyone. The OAIC even wrote to auDA about it with no apparent responses..

auDA Management, PRP and Board have been advised the following;

"You are on notice the auDA PRP public meeting recordings and the powerpoint slides presented to the public at the auDA PRP public meetings may be requested to be produced formally again at later date including in future legal matters, government investigations and their deliberate destruction which I have objected to formally would be brought to the attention of the relevant bodies at that time.

I believe others have also sought access to the auDA PRP public meeting audio and they also have been recorded asking questions and being responded to.

Oh before I forget, is it a secret ballot?
I would have thought auDA would have outlined these simple processes.

Buy hey, its auDA the Governments NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE MANAGEMENT

The Government's ongoing endorsement is subject to auDA continuing to meet these criteria as well as operating within the provisions of its company constitution and recognising that the management and administration of the au ccTLD is subject to the ultimate authority of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Appears to be a JOKE!

Special round of Applause to Mr. LeptOff and Mr. Boardman [clap, clap, clap] we all know why you horded all the funds, closed all the foundations, and stopped all the NFP community awards.

Thanks everyone for the proxies today. I would urge you to send yours if you still haven't. If you don't, you may miss the chance to vote when it still means something. You will be in a small group of 20% of members who actually understand why auda exists but will have no power. Right now you do. What do you want auDA to become? Better speak now.. :) You have tonight to decide but don't all send them at the last minute. Do it now. Thanks.

The more Committees the auDA Board Director's put themselves on the more fees they get paid out of auDA Funds ... Many people do not know this.

Just compare the CIRA Board compensation to that of current auDA Board and proposed auDA Board . Disgraceful. .. This is the stuff members are not fully aware of and have been misled about. This is why Whistleblowers are speaking out and why they are being attacked and muted.

auDA and Board don't want you reading information on dntrade or anywhere.. This is why they try to dismiss this very important platform.

The more stakeholders learn the more shocked they will be this is guaranteed... without dntrade and people posting they would get away with far more.,, Zero Accountability and Zero Transparency.. They even tried to deny they votes for Directors to receive $170,000 + fees + expenses + super.. Then it was found hidden in some minutes they also want to keep heavily censored.

The list is endless.. Vote to remove them and give reform a chance.

The next steps won't be a simple SGM it will be far more serious with Government investigations, Royal Commissions and most probably Consumer actions..

This is the chance to save auDA by removing the problems and getting in true people in who want it to be a " not for profit" running the namespace with less problems and less crazy avoidable increasing questionable expenses.

auDA said they had over 150 highly qualified applicants for the CEO position before. Get rid of the current management problems, CEO and Board and get those people in and ones which "get it" and do not have their heads, expenses / fees/ salaries in the clouds.

The review also establishes a reporting framework which will require auDA to report transparently on its performance, including against the recommendations of the review.
the review Here

If only ALL the Members could read that..they would weep knowing auDA has not even begun stakeholder engagement in a transparent way.

Mr. Boardman had 2 YEARS to do something about it - Those on the BOARD had 2 YEARS to do something about it.

NOTHING BUT BULLSHIT.
