Thoughts Please

Hello fellas, this is my first post here. I would like your thoughts on these domain names that I own: http://studydigitalmarketing.com/ and http://studydigitalmarketing.net/.
I bought these as I wanted to affiliate with an institute that teaches digital marketing but that never happened, so Im thinking of selling these. I really appreciate your feedback.

I'd probably just let them drop myself. Maybe I'm just blind but I can't see any value.

i did a sedo appraisal and it gave me a value of $500. I will probably build a site on the .com website and see if I can get a better value down the line.
