Ok Thanks.. I'm guessing I may have to drop that one next time round then?

or would it be right to develop it as long as it does not clash with those classes listed.. example: store which sells poker chips and accessories, as long as there not video game related?

Have you tried contacting them ? They may be happy to take it off your hands for a handful of poker chips.
