Does anyone here know any good Support Ticket System software?

Does anyone know what Drop.com.au uses?

Im just trying to find a more efficient way to keep track of communications with clients for my printing business. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Drop uses WHMCS. You could use it, Kayako supportsuite, smarterticket or even osticket. It really depends on what features you need.

Drop no longer uses WHMCS for support tickets as it kept removing important attachments. We use an internally developed support system now which is much better at handling email attachments.

Can you explain a little more about it removing attachments? I've never experienced any issues with it removing attachments, but it's obviously something you wouldn't want to happen so keen to know more.
