Really need to look at similar firstname domains that have gone on auction, I thought there was a popular female name a few months ago but can't remember it now.

Gut feeling is around $500. Key issue will be most buyers will be individuals as opposed to businesses with strong financial motivation & thus will have limited budgets.

I have had an offer of $4.4k recently, and offers in the range of $1-3.5k over the last few years.

Interestingly though, only 1 of the offers i received was from an 'individual'.
I'm trying to work out if the $4 400 offer is good or not.

Would be selling, thought it doesn't make much sense to me that it hasn't been sold given the asking price is $3500.

I reckon that is a great offer. Personally I would have taken it.

I've had a few first names that I let go recently - and they went for chicken feed. Admittedly though they were not as good as yours.

A fair few famous Australians past and present with the name Steve, personally I would take the 4.4k, I think it is a good offer.
