Hi guys, I'm looking for some views on valuation for my domain stca.com.au. it's an acronym for subject to council approval. Is a widely used acronym in real estate and property investment industry.

I think this is what it comes down to. It is industry lingo, might have some chance of a sale but I don't think it would be profitable paying reg fees on this hoping for a sale. It isn't the kind of term that gets used as a domain typically.

I know what the term STCA means tho I can not see huge value in it to be honest, If I am looking to buy an investment property I do not want to waste time looking at developments which are "pending" approval I want to know ones which are already 100%. The term really means "you can't do anything at all until you have actual approval from council." Further to this just search for the term, no one is bidding on it for paid search or anything, any decent term will have bidders going for it.
