I was under the impression non auction listings ( used to be called standard catalogue did that term change?) where still no fee / no commission but for auctioning a name you would charge 8%
•Change of registrant fees should be paid by the buyer, and therefore it's important to consider this fee when placing offers on domain name. This does not apply to offers made prior to 28th December 2008 - the change of registrant fees for those offers will remain the responsibility of the seller.
•Once a sale is agreed, if funds transfer services are utilised (Escrow, PayPal etc), the fees should be divided equally between buyer and seller. As an example of fees involved, check out the Escrow Fee Calculator.
I would like to see the answer posted here, are my $100 standard catelogue listings subject to 8% sellers fees, i remember recent changes meant buyer pays a fee but i cannot recall seeing any info regarding this ?
