In my view this "foundation" has nothing to do with auDA's purpose.

Obviously the whole thing is in limbo but registrants are still contributing money towards it (25 cents per registration), why should they?

The foundation has $2.4 million in the bank and that money should either go back to auDA or back to registrants.

The auDA Foundation needs to be investigated and audited independently going back to before it was set up and why, how it has been run, who has received grants and why.

It needs to be shut down and .au domain name registrants given the discount by lower wholesale pricing.

Yes many of the grant recipients are worthy causes but they should seek funding from other places. They in many cases have nothing to do with what auDA's job is which is the manage the .au namespace.
