Sedo Marketplace - Who pays the transfer fee

I am about to sell my first domain - through sedo,, and sedo is charging me a broker fee - 15%,,, but it does not say any thing about who pays transfer fee,, just wondering they might reduce more as transfer fee,

Hi Asantha,

For co.uk transactions at Sedo the buyer pays the transfer fee and I've always assumed it would be the same for .au - and it looks like it is.

I'm currently going through a Sedo com.au sale, and it's been the same as .co.uk, no mention of a transfer fee (I had to fill out paper documents for the buyers Registrar, so as the seller I'm not in control of the COR).

The Sedo process is not the most user friendly...
