Content writers

If you need some articles done for your websites, consider using the following resources:

www.textbroker.com

www.odesk.com - with oDesk, it's good to look at how other endusers write their ads etc. It's also a bit like eBay - check reputations first. Also, go with a trial article before committing.

Affiliate Marketing

I subscribe to Sugarrae's newsletter, and today she published an excellent article (imho).

She has been in the business for a long time and seems to know what she is talking about.

There is also an excellent 6 minute video interview with Shawn Collins. This discusses affiliate marketing basics. Great for newbies!
