try to sell them, receive the knock backs but you may succeed, at the very least you will have achieved this:
the feeling of picking up the phone to a potential client.
the feeling of how you handle rejection
the knowledge of possible reasons they will not buy
negotiation skills
thinking of quick returns to no's
etcccc etccc
but truly believe you have a product to sell and its worth money, forget any negativity.
when i was selling foxtel door to door we would always pick FIRST the doors we knew would not want foxtel ( they had elves or dwarfs in the garden ! )[ a flamingo was GOLD

so we would knock those doors first to "warm up" for the day, it was very useful to practice so when you got in front of a potential client you had all the answers.
so go test yourself, you have nothing to lose, then let them drop .
don't waste the opportunity as they are valid names to the right person. if you do what i say you will certainly have gained a whole new set of skills or improved on the ones you have.
