    Hi Drop,

Just letting you know the state field on your registration form requires 3 characters minimum. I'm from WA so I just had to put a period (.) in there to make up the 3 characters but it wasn't obvious to me at first why the form didn't process - might be worth your while making a more prominent error message?

    Cheers. Ash.

p.s. does your bidding platform also operate on proxy bids (similar to netfleet), or if I put a high bid in will it just show up as that? Thanks.

    Hi Ash,

Thanks for the heads up - good catch. I'll escalate that issue to our tech guys.

Short answer - we offer proxy and fixed bids. There are a few subtle differences between the drop platforms - we have an expired domain auction guide here.

If you have any specific questions we can be reached at support (at) drop.com.au.

    Cheers,

    Andrew
