Over priced? Maybe a little in my opinion. Just thinking about the types of things people might search for related to this niche, I can't think of a reason why they would just type pregnant.

Pregnancy, how to get pregnant, pregnancy signs, I'm pregnant etc etc seem more likely.

Then again, you can never really tell what or why a woman thinks the way she does

Pregnancy looks to be the better term. I think the price is ok for it, not sure it would have got much less on the drop.

I wonder if the same person who bought maternity.com.au has decided to have a crack at this.

I think if the buyer is a genuine end user and plans to develop it then $5500 is a fairly reasonable price to pay and they'll get good value out of it if they know what they are doing.
