Just wondering if there are any restrictions on setting up a directory site that is already populated with a list of professionals (who already make their contact details available on their own website/s) - basically an aggregator but pre-populated.
Example (not real, but for purpose of illustration): You build a site called realestateagents dot com dot au and proceed to list all of the real estate agents on your site with information taken from their own site - would there be any issue with this?
I'm thinking of creating a directory that uses the name of the individual but does not give their contact details (as these may change) but instead provides a link to their LinkedIN profile so if people want to contact them they can via that channel.
Thoughts please?
