Zilch.I know short domains should carry some value, Any thoughts on its value please.
Hi Neddy,Zilch.
I'm also intrigued as to what your "close and substantial connection" to the domain is? You need to think about that in case you are ever challenged.
Imho.
That's where I'm trying to help you @clubmaster - I'm not trying to be a smartarse.Hi Neddy,
Thanks for your feedback, and with respect to the "close and substantial connection" I'm entitled to this domain as well as many others under the domain monetisation policy which can be found on this link, at section 11. https://www.auda.org.au/policies/index-of-published-policies/2012/2012-05/ Also this explains it in more detail. https://www.auda.org.au/blog/domain-monetisation-policy-explained-2/
Having read the article, (great article by the way) i'm more intrigued about building my own platform. I've tried using SEDO and others and have been disappointed to have my domains associated with some of their advertisers. The hit and miss of it all really is a concern. To follow on from Ned's excellent advice, have a read of this:

Hi Snoopy,Would let it drop. Lots of similar domains still available, this kind of registration will just suck your money if you hang onto it.
I reckon that's a very smart strategy.....If i buy a domain and have not sold or developed it within one year I don't renew it.
