I can now confirm I am the new owner of the premium domain name; pictures.com.au 🖼
The domain was initially registered to a guy who had the name for many years & after a few weeks of negotiations an agreement was reached
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m a landscape photographer & for a number of years have been capturing iconic Australian imagery. I have a keen interest in domains also & appreciate/understand their ‘digital’ value
The acquisition of pictures.com.au will help me in my marketing efforts in selling exactly that; ... landscape ‘pictures’ 🖼
I believe a premium domain brings trust and acceptance to prospective clients who view & buy my photographic art..
There is still something to be said about owning a strong cctld, and trust factor that a .com.au brings to Australians. I believe pictures.com.au will help me when they see it (eventually) advertised.
