Well depends what cafes are really willing to pay, most have limited money unless it is a big franchise.
I mean most would just want Google places presence and social media activity...

Would say it is worth a bit over reg fee. If approaching endusers would try for low 4 figures. Cafe's typically have small budgets for this kind of thing and it won't be very important for most so I'd say the chance of getting a buyer is on the lower side.

I think it is the type of business where online marketing is not very important, customers are locals, people driving through the area, people who have heard about it from word of mouth etc.

For sure. I Google pretty much everything, but I can't say I've ever done so for a local cafe or burger joint.

Restaurants are a different story of course.
