Following on from my previous post...

One of the major Registrars/Sponsors of direct au (Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd) dropped some of their own corporate direct au registrations today.

Their brands...

Looks like they're keeping the .com.au's. Doesn't inspire confidence in direct .au.

buydomains.au - Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd
globalservices.au - Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd
parkme.au - Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd
renewals.au - Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd
getlisted.au - Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd
hostingaustralia.au - Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd

they probably did not know that they needed to renew them, so not really them letting all of these names drop on purpose.

you can also add
vodien.au
to the list above, also not renewed...

note most of the .com.au versions of the above are not used either, not redirecting to their main site, so not as if they valued the the .com.au names much either.

And yet they registered them in the first place.

yes they did, but they did not intend to let them go, other technical issues at stake here
So why haven't they re-registered the following?

globalservices.au
parkme.au
getlisted.au

The others have been registered by other non related entities...

buydomains.au
renewals.au
hostingaustralia.au
vodien.au

Not really buying that there are "other technical issues at stake here".

When they made .au available they offered multi year registrations, however .au was only available for 1 year.
This means that their system shows as that these names are still registered with them have have another year to 4 years before expiry.

Our guess is that they do not even know that these names were lost, because their system shows as still registered.

Thousands of .au names were affected and were not renewed and let drop that should not have.

Many end users are now trying to recover these lost domains that they had paid for and were not renewed.

We know because many Drop clients picked up many of these domains.

They are looking for fools to waste money, they aren't going to be the fool.
You're just negative on everything since the roughly 10 years I've been visiting this website. wtf have you developed and achieved in this space other than selling and buying names? You carry on like you know everything yet, I see nothing other than negative dribble. Dumbass, look around you, innovation is happening and sites pooping hard using .au, but you wouldn't know, because you're a negative know it all. Another useless domainer doing piss all for society with his big opinion.

Hey bro, this site is called "dntrade", that means buying and selling domains. Do you ask plumbers about what electrical jobs they have done?

Yes I've read some stories on Whirlpool where customers lost their .au domains registered through Crazy, and Crazy is not taking responsibility for it.
