Because of the registrant restrictions on who can register a .org.au I'd say no.
auDA recently sent out 'please explain' notices for .org.au names to crack down on non-eligible registrants.
I can't see much benefit it registering the names for resale... and if your not eligible in the first place ideally the registrar should reject your application.
per auda policy, no name is to be registered with the sole purpose of reselling it. be careful how you word your posts and public statements regarding your names and intentions.
Solid advice. Especially relevant in the first 6 months of registration.
Everyone here should know that you cannot transfer ownership in the first 6 months - If you try and transfer the name regardless it will be blocked at the registry level by auDA.
The registrar will then have to contact auDA to sort it out at which point auDA may pull up all the domains registered to your company and check to see if they are advertised for sale prematurely - which I believe is a breach of policy.
