I reviewed my data and I haven't noticed anything similar - but I guess is something to be on the look out for given that Google have essentially given notice that the exact match bonus will be revised.

It is - heard this is happening elsewhere too. However the hope is that the exact match domain bonus will only be lessened for 'lesser quality' sites.

So a fully developed quality site will still get the full bonus.
