We started using this at work lately and it's really good for tracking time spent on jobs etc.

But the question is does the software come up when the computer goes on, I have tested soo many time sheet tracking software at work and noticed that none really worked effectively.

No it doesnt automatically run that I know of.

I'm sure there'd be a way to boot it, but you need to select the project you're working on anyway. So starting the program isn't really a hassle.
