isn't it obvious? its just letting people know that the crap that goes on in .com is not accepted in the .com.au world

It's no more relevant to this discussion than citing how .io can't have porn. It's a .com, not .com.au therefore auDA is not worth a mention when discussing the domain in question.

It's a name, many people share the same name, first in best dressed. This isn't like an obvious scenario where a trademark is involved.

There is no context because it's a .com not a .com.au

CyberClick said "Cybersquatting is a fabricated term, made up by people who were too lazy or slow to register the domains they wanted."

Neddy pointed out auDA have differing point of view.

There was no restriction by CyberClick on his point of view to just .com's.

Get it?

2nd post in the thread is about .com's, the article itself doesn't even mention .com.au or auDA.

Get it? auDA has no weight in this discussion, they can stipulate whatever they want. Are you really that peabrained to suggest we should consider auDA rules when registering domains not in the .com.au space?

Ok, so you don't get it.

Obviously any time someone mentions auDA you get your rage on.

You might want to get some help with that because it's effecting your ability to read and reason.

Maybe you're confusing me with someone else as I've never complained about auDA before. All I was pointing out was that it's bizarre to compare auDA rules to an extension they have nothing to do with.
