i suppose i'm different as helena is part of the business and also has her own portfolio , she's even clocked up a hand reg to sold at $3000 so she is well aware of the value of domains.
i also skim over drops and we guess prices and see how close we get, + dnt's +1000 list is a great resource as to what is going on ( as best we can know ! )
its a true statement though and the best thing would be to create a DATED excel doc or something with them all listing and an expected resale value .
i've also told her who to seek advice from on value, i'd say many would drop just because of time and the reality of "moving on"
