I think you'll find "no market" no matter how good the keywords are. Would list them for sale and see what offers you get, personally I don't think any will sell and would drop the lot if that is the case.

I would say the are targeting investors aswell,

Now there are even more options for potential investors. The recent release of .melbourne and .sydney domain names opens the door for everyday Australians to snap up potential investments.
